How does it work?
Our Graphic Design Retainer is here to help businesses and their marketing teams to manage their design requirements. We remove the weight of high design prices and Designer salaries. Use us as of when you need to.
Select a Service Level
Select the right graphic design package for you, but don't worry you can upgrade if you need more support early. We'll confirm a start date, and in the meantime start sending through your design projects.
Project Submission
During project submission we'll agree a deadline that suits the task in hand. Before the agreed deadline we'll submit the first draft and handle any suggested amends quickly. If there are any delays we will be sure to let you know.
Project Sign off
After your final amends have been completed we'll email over all relating design files and request a project sign off. If there are any questions you can contact us directly, by which time we'll have already started on your next project.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Our graphic design retainer packages include an agreed number of design hours, which is exclusive of amends and communication. Our packages are for a minimum initial period of 3 months. After which you can choose to leave, downgrade or upgrade your package. If you wish to upgrade your package early then please get in touch to discuss. Please note if you are close to using all your design hours we will let you know. Design hours do not roll over each month. We are a flexible team of professionals who wish to ensure you get the most out of your retainer.
